This is a rare offering from Nepal & Chinese. Incarvillea arguta (formerly Amphicome arguta) is a shrub with glossy fern-like foliage & loads of fragrant Penstemon-like tubular flowers of pallid pink, appearing spring, summer and autumn on arching stems. One of my favourites
